Litigant Ally Ltd was created because there is a growing critical need to support and empower individuals raising grievances or facing an employment tribunal.
The internal processes are brutal. They are confusing, heavily layered in legalese, and represent the truest form of elitism.
For the ordinary person, traditional solicitors cost a fortune. Legal insurance support is calculated purely on the odds of winning, not on the truth of what actually happened. It is often left entirely down to the individual to push for accountability in a system that is ultimately designed to seek early resolution and silence.
Accountability takes many forms, but building a case that actively threatens corporate accountability is incredibly difficult, especially for those without deep experience inside the corporate machine.

For 25 years, I have worked at every level of the corporate and retail world, from the shop floor to management and governance. I know firsthand how corporate liability and risk management can sanitise humanity and crush the very people who keep a business running.
Having successfully fought my own disciplinaries and grievances, and supported others through theirs, I founded Litigant Ally to provide a shield. My mission is to empower staff to stand up to the corporate machine with confidence, strategy, and an undeniable evidentiary record.
